Direction - by creating your personal Authentic Wellbeing map which details the actions and behaviours (daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly) which support you in achieving your desired focus area while in living in alignment with what’s most important to you.
You’ll spend 2.5 hours (either in-person [Sydney or NSW Central Coast region] or virtually) with me - Melissa Barker, Positive Psychology Coach - to workshop your wellbeing in a way that’s truly energising.
