1:1 Positive Psychology Coaching is designed to enhance the quality of your life by nurturing your wellbeing in areas of personal importance, and doing so in ways which are energising and sustainable.

Through the applied science of positive and coaching psychology, you’ll be supported to:

  • Build your wellbeing in alignment with what matters most to you by identifying what you want to move towards and move away from.

  • Understand your values and strengths and how you can live in alignment with these.

  • Gain great clarity on where to focus your time and energy; the habits, behaviours and rituals which will best support you.

  • Learn and implement positive psychology wellbeing strategies in ways which are authentic to you.

Each 1 hour coaching session is tailored to best suit your interests and needs to ensure you gain the clarity, direction and next steps required to make the meaningful change you’re wanting to experience. 

Couples Positive psychology Coaching

Positive Psychology Couples Coaching is an evidenced-based approach to nurturing the quality of your relationship by gaining clarity, direction and tools to support your relational wellbeing in ways which are meaningful, energising and sustainable to you as a couple.

You and your partner will be supported to:

  • Identify where are you at and how to build upon what’s working well - your strengths - to support relational quality, contentment and ease.

  • Understand your strengths and values as a couple and how to play to these to nurture your relationship and reduce the factors which may be causing any friction.

  • Effectively communicate your genuine needs in a way where your partner sees, hears, understands and appreciates these needs.

  • Develop a strong connection to what matters most to you, as a couple, and how best to align your focus and energy accordingly.

  • Learn evidenced-based strategies for navigating conflict in ways which actually support the health of your relationship.

  • Understand the foundations of a flourishing relationship.
