Your tracker will serve as an important reminder of what requires regular prioritisation this month to support your authentic wellbeing and achieve what’s important to you.

It will also support the intrinsic need we have to experience a sense a completion and accomplishment. When we check things off our Wellbeing Drivers Tracker, it becomes proof that we are able to get stuff done and that makes us feel good, thanks to the release of the pleasure chemical; dopamine.

What’s on your tracker this month? Some of my drivers are:

  • Daily movement (whatever I’m feeling each day. My go-tos are pilates, HIIT and yoga).

  • Twenty minutes of daily mindfulness.

  • Reading a piece of research each morning before opening my emails.

  • Nightly phone-free time from 8pm onwards.
